About the Author
Meredith Pangrace is creative director of Belt Publishing, an excellent vegan cook, and the accordion player for Maura Rogers and the Bellows. She lives in Cleveland, Ohio, where she learned how to pierogis and kolaches from her Slovakian grandmother. --This text refers to the paperback edition.
