About the Author
Ripley's stories have always been loved by Connie Herrick's friends and family. Recently retired from 40 years in finance, marketing and integrative medicine, she finally has time to write them. Like Ripley, she loves ice cream, adventures with friends, naps and her illustrator husband Mark.
After 40 long years working in high tech and 20 years volunteering in local Search and Rescue, Mark Herrick is recently retired from both and finding joy discovering his artistic nature. His love of watercolors, nature and meditation is the perfect combination for illustrating the Ripley books.
Reviews

"Ripley's World is beautifully illustrated and will be loved by both children and parents. It's about a little cat and her adventures with her dog sisters and woodland friends. My grand-nephews are 3 and 5 years old. They love this book and I love reading it to them!" -Cheryl Rowe

"This book has so many great animal characters with very distinctive personalities - a funny calico kitty, search and rescue dogs, raccoon twins, baby possum acrobats, and a super fast squirrel who loves tag. The watercolor illustrations are engaging, bright and colorful. A real pleasure for any parent to read out loud." -Michael Ross

"This is such an enjoyable, feel-good book. Great to read to young kids or grand-kids while they enjoy the wonderful illustrations. Ripley's World is a book I always look forward to reading out loud and don't mind reading again and again." -Barbara Chapman

"Once in a while, a book comes along that adults will love as much as children do. This is that book. I fell in love with Ripley, a tiny calico kitty who is always up to some kind of funny adventure. Plus, the illustrations are amazingly vibrant and delightful." -Chady Wonson
