About the Author

Mary Anne Harmer is the co-author of the book 25 Building Blocks to Create a Conscientious Organization. She is senior strategist and partner of HCollaborative, Conscientious Leadership and Communication, an Oregon Benefit Company. The blog for the firm features more than 100 posts on leadership and communication. She and her partner have put on numerous business workshops throughout the Northwest on strategic visioning, manifesto development and how to become a benefit corporation. Mary Anne is an active leader in social justice issues in the state of Oregon. She lives in Aloha, Oregon. Tom Hering is the co-author of the book 25 Building Blocks to Create a Conscientious Organization. He is creative director and partner of HCollaborative.
