SONALI FRY was born and raised in Connecticut. She enjoys cooking, traveling, playing with puppies, and keeping tabs on the royal family. Sonali now lives in New York City, where she works as a children's book editor.

HOLLIE HIBBERT was born to be an artist. Growing up in Idaho, crayons, colored pencils, and markers were her most loyal companions. When she is not illustrating, Hollie loves to sing loudly in the car, play the piano, and go country dancing. She has a big soft spot for hound dogs, otters, and especially bears.
