Kiki Nelson lost seventy pounds after adopting a plant-based diet and reduced her risk for diabetes, heart disease, and stroke. She is a frequent speaker and has appeared at The Truth About Weight Loss Summit along with Dr. Neal Barnard, John McDougal, and Joel Fuhrman.
