About the Author

Diana L. Eck is Professor of Comparative Religion and Indian Studies and Director of the Pluralism Project at Harvard University.

Marla Schrader serves in the department of Global Ministries for the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) and the United Church of Christ. She lived for ten years in the occupied Palestinian territories.

Jean Zaru is a Palestinian Christian who lives in Ramallah, outside of Jerusalem. She is a Quaker and serves on the board of the Sabeel Ecumenical Liberation Theology Center. She has also served as president of the Jerusalem YWCA and as vice president of the World YWCA.
