A surgeon becomes an unwilling patient with his own fatal diagnosis. A shadowy transnational organization reaches out to him with an offer: to trade their experimental miracle cure for his services as a medical assassin. Unable to face oblivion, he accepts their offer and is deployed to perform one final house call.
