""No Regrets Parenting" encourages parents to be mindful of the choices they are making with the precious little time they have to spend with their children before (and after) they fly the coop. It presents an upbeat and refreshing perspective which empowers parents to examine, without guilt, the choices they make about the time spent with their children. The book is neither preachy nor prescriptive, but instead presents a menu of creative strategies for "turning scarce minutes in to special moments." Dr. Rotbart's book, a must-read for any parent, will leave your head buzzing with ideas. The short chapters enable you to read a few at a time - in between pajama walks, movie nights, and carpool driving - that will forge a lifelong bond between you and your children."
