About the Author
Mother Teresa (1910-1997) founded the Missionaries of Charity, a religious order devoted to serving the poor. In 1979, Mother Teresa was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize. In 2016, the Roman Catholic Church canonized her as Saint Teresa of Calcutta.
Thomas Moore is the author of the bestselling Care of the Soul and twenty other books on spirituality and depth psychology that have been translated into thirty languages.
