Hallee Adelman has a Ph.D. in Education and Learning Technologies and has worked with and for children as an educator and multimedia creator. This is her first book. She lives in Pennsylvania with her family. Sonia Sanchez is the award-winning illustrator of Here I Am, Sister Day!, and The Wonderful Habits of Rabbits. She lives with her husband, son, and cat in a blue house near the Mediterranean Sea.
