I had to learn on my own. I wish the book can help others to reduce the stress and worries that inevitably happen when taking on a managerial role for the first time. I am a business manager and passionate about management. I am a goal driven manager believing in managing by metrics and high performing teams. Currently working as Head of Japan for Kering Eyewear, based in Tokyo. From 2013 to 2017 Country Manager Luxottica for Thailand and then Indonesia.
