About the Author

Prasha Sooful is a Clinical Audiologist and Educator, with a Master's degree in Communication Pathology (Audiology) and a Master's degree in Education (Global Learning). She has worked clinically and in research and education for 17 years and has published papers in both fields. Born in South Africa, she now lives in Australia with her imperturbable husband, an energetic toddler, a lazy German Shepard and an ever-growing book collection.
Geeta Ladi is an illustrator and designer born and raised in Mumbai, India. She is deeply influenced by the cultural and ethnic diversity of Mumbai, which itself reflects the richness of India. She has been fascinated by illustrations in story books since childhood. She believes that a good book can open up a new, mysterious world to a young mind. She has been designing and developing hands-on activity based learning materials for young children for more than a decade. The curiosity and innocence of the young put together with telling expressions and vibrant colors are key aspects of her work.
