Jill Smith: In this book, one little girl has her very own red monster living under her bed. Her brother doesn't believe her and dares her to ask him out from under the bed. She does and discovers the red monster is very hungry and wants her to give him jobs or he'll eat her up. She starts giving him jobs and he does them. When she stops being scared of the monster, she decides there's only one thing left to do. The monster does everything she says, her brother is in for a surprise!
