Clever Publishing was founded in 2010 with the purpose of changing children's lives for the better. Julia Shigarova (born 1982) - author of children's poems and fairy tales. She graduated from the Gorky literary Institute in Moscow with specialization in creative writing. Later on she became a psychologist specializing in fairy tale therapy for children and adults.
