About the Author
A Paris-born child of the 80s, EPHK grew up splitting time between France and Canada. A doodler from the beginning, he fell into tattooing as a young man in Montreal. The freedom and mobility of being a tattoo artist afforded him a life of adventure for over two decades through four continents.
It was while living in Hong Kong that EPHK took the plunge and began publishing his underground comics and art books in 2010. Following the government’s dismantling of Hong Kong’s democracy movement in 2015, he placed himself beyond Beijing’s reach in Taiwan, where he continued to publish himself and others for a few more years, before eventually returning to Berlin, just in time for the global pandemic.
EPHK is now based in the south of France, where he is focused on his one true overarching goal: to crank out as many awesome comics as he can before his time on this planet is up.
