About the Author
Fred Csibi-Levin is the creator of Doc Macaron, an online platform where he shares his French patisserie-inspired recipes. He earned a pastry degree from the Cambridge School of Culi- nary Arts, teaches baking classes and provides pastry consulting services to home bakers and business owners.
