HSCT focuses on delivering conflict engagement skills, strategies, tips and tricks to higher education organizations, local associations and small businesses through trainings, seminars and workshops. As principle consultant with HSCT, Jesan interests are numerous ranging from conflict communication strategies and social media communication to emotional intelligence and neurobiology. Jesan worked as a higher education student affairs professional at Ithaca College, the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, and Bemidji State University. Jesan has a Master's Degree in Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation from Abilene Christian University in Abilene Texas and a Bachelor's in Visual Arts from Bemidji State University in Bemidji, Minnesota.
