About the Author

Aleta St. James is an internationally acclaimed emotional healer and dynamic life coach. She has been featured on the cover of New York magazine and in The New York Times, Cosmopolitan, Harper's Bazaar, Elle, Allure, and People, as well as on ABC, CBS, NBC, and WB11. She writes a monthly column in American Health & Fitness. She is creator and director of the Anti-Stress Programs at the Focus 28 center in New York and recently opened an anti-aging spa, the Goddess Repair Shop, in Manhattan.
