Reviews

Praise for Knock Knock

"The end goal of sleep makes this a nice bedtime read-aloud, particularly for little readers who may be resisting the end of the day, even as the giant, red 'KNOCK KNOCK's encourage raucous storytime participation. An amusing and lively read that celebrates a venerable literary form." -- Kirkus Reviews

Praise for Your Alien by Tammi Sauer:

* "Not since E.T. has extraterrestrial entertainment stood such a good chance of making kids (and their parents) tear up." -- Publishers Weekly, starred review

* "Sauer's sweet tale of interplanetary friendship makes terrific use of second-person narration. Young listeners will identify with the young protagonist... Will likely inspire preschoolers to stare hopefully heavenward looking for their own close encounters." -- Kirkus Reviews, starred review

Praise for Nugget and Fang: Friends Forever -- or Snack Time? by Tammi Sauer:

"The text's cadence is well-timed for sharing aloud, and both narrative and illustrations zing with humorous touches. An entertaining tale that sends a positive message about the power of friendship and the importance of individuality." -- School Library Journal

Praise for Clark the Shark: Afraid of the Dark illustrated by Guy Francis:

"Francis's bubbly illustrations of overeager Clark and his friends create a lively undersea environment, and similarly rowdy kids may find Clark's rhyming technique a useful tool." -- Publishers Weekly

Praise for Dance by the Light of the Moon illustrated by Guy Francis:

"The rhymes dance, and so do Francis's paintings. Detailed moonlit landscapes are filled with animal characters that seem to leap from the pages." -- School Library Journal
