Deborah Willis is a photo historian, photographer, and is a professor and chair of New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. A Guggenheim and MacArthur fellow, she coauthored Obama: The Historic Campaign in Photographs. She lives in New York City.
Kevin Merida is a contributing essayist to The Washington Post and the former executive editor of the Los Angeles Times. He is coauthor of the critically acclaimed Supreme Discomfort: The Divided Soul of Clarence Thomas, and the bestselling Obama: The Historic Campaign in Photographs. He lives in Los Angeles.
