Description
Redefine your relationship with God and accept Jonah's invitation to join the mission. We all yearn to know our simple existence has a deeper meaning. Our innate desire to thrive is a testament to that. Yet, the societal demonstrations of what it means to flourish are limiting--and it's due to the inadequacy. The modern world is becoming disconnected from God's original design for humanity. We see more and more people flourishing when we turn our focus into the overflow of what God is doing for our world. A missionary God, throughout the Scriptures, we are invited time and time again to join His mission. The story of Jonah in the Hebrew scriptures is one of God's most graphic and detailed callings. It is a midcourse correction, an invitation. Explore the story of Jonah and unfold a biblical theology of mission in Jonah and Me. Using themes of being called and commissioned, learn how God has been extending this invitation throughout the ages.
