About the Author
Melody Sumaoang Plan is an author and activist who cares deeply about the environment. She is a certified Master Composter through the Solana Center for Environmental Innovation in San Diego, CA, and practices and teaches three types of composting methods: traditional backyard composting, vermicomposting, and bokashi. She lives in Hawaii.
