About the Author
Anne Shade had two goals as a little girl growing up in Chicago: be the first woman to play football for the Chicago Bears, and write best-selling novels about life and love. She wasn't the first woman to play on Da Bears, but she did play football for the New York Sharks Women's Professional Football team, and she is currently working hard on her second goal by writing the types of romance novels she believes represent her life, love, and community. She knows with the help of you, the reader, she will reach the best-seller list in no time!
Victoria Villaseñor has been a development editor for over a decade. She and her partner run Global Wordsmiths, a writing consultancy specializing in working with marginalized communities in England. She was short-listed for the British Writers' Award and has had stories in several award-winning anthologies.
