Description
Bossy Pig is about to learn something important in this
light-hearted story about respecting others and being yourself. When Pig finds a crown one day, he puts it on and says he is a prince. He soon gets bored just sitting on his throne, so decides to play at being royalty - fighting his friend Lizard, 'saving' Squirrell and commanding Rabbit and Badger to dance and bow to him. But when his friends get fed up with his princely antics, Pig learns an important lesson about humility and being yourself.

Reviews
This simple yet fun tale is full of humor. Colorful, detailed illustrations capture the beauty of nature and the friends' varied emotions as they struggle with Pig's egotistical demands and rejoice at his reformation. An enticing cautionary tale about the dangers of putting on airs- Kirkus
