Carrie Akre is a musician and songwriter in the Pacific Northwest, perhaps best known for her role in the underground grunge movement in bands Hammerbox and

Goodness. Carrie continues to write, play, and create. She is also a coach who helps humans as they move through life and their relationship with art and, most importantly, themselves.
