Reviews
All in all this volume provides representative and competent coverage of the contemporary UK.... Recommended, especially for those outside the UK needing an overview of recent politics and evolution of UK political institutions.-- "American Reference Books Annual"
Although the arrangement of entries lends itself to ready-reference use, this text could also be used as a circulating item for patrons interested in contemporary British society. Recommended for academic and large public libraries.-- "Booklist"
