"A twofer! Well these are fun. Hope you like die-cuts, cause this duo is rife with them. Essentially, you get hints about something on one page but have to peek through their die-cuts to see what they actually are. Think of it as a book that teaches you to look at things in original ways." --Betsy Bird, School Library Journal
"I really loved the options presented on the right and that they could all be an option given they all have the image in the cut-out in them! For me as an adult it isn't too hard to figure things out, but for kids I think it will be a bit more of a think rather than an easy pick and that makes me happy. Sometimes these kinds of books are so easy, but this made it extra fun! I loved seeing what was under the cut-out page, see the whole creature(s) and read a bit of an introduction who or what they are! We get a fun selection of animals and plants and that made me smile! I loved the last message on the last page, indeed! What will we find next on our walks, on our journeys The art was just the best! Again, I just love how the options were all possibilities I love how everything was drawn." --Mehsi, Blogger
