About the Author

Liz Moody is a long time writer and editor. The former food director and Editor-at-Large at MindBodyGreen, her work has also been featured in Vogue, goop, and many publications. She also hosts the podcast Healthier Together, and runs the popular healthy food and lifestyle blog and Instagram account and @lizmoody, respectively. Her first book, Glow Pops, was released by Clarkson Potter in 2017. She lives in Brooklyn, NY.
