About the Author
Valentine Thomas is a world-class spearfisherwoman, 170-foot free diver, sustainability-focused chef, entrepreneur, and influencer with a global platform. A Forbes magazine Changemaker, Valentine has appeared on stage at prestigious events including a TEDx Talk, the World Chef Summit, and the international EarthX conference.
