About the Author
JS LEE is the author of the novel, "An Ode to the Humans Who've Loved and Left Me", author and illustrator of the children's book, "For All the Lives I've Loved and Lived", and her memoir, "It Wasn't Love". She also has a chapter in the recent anthology, "The Unknown Culture Club: Korean Adoptees, Then and Now". Raised as the sole Asian in a large, white American family, identity was always an internal struggle. LEE draws from her own experiences to bring a variety of nuanced characters to life, aiming to provoke a deeper understanding of herself and others who live in the marginalized fringe. She currently resides in the Bay Area of California with her husband and two cats.
