Rebecca Macieira-Kaufmann is a seasoned CEO with broad leadership experience in sales and marketing, risk management, and international business operations. She spent more than a decade at Citigroup, serving in a range of CEO, president, and general-manager roles, and previously was with Wells Fargo for thirteen years, culminating in her role as head of the small-business segment, where she built a multibillion-dollar P&L (profit and loss) division. Rebecca is known for leading highly successful business turnarounds, scaling new businesses, and expanding operations globally, along with her strong background in governance through corporate and nonprofit board experiences. She is a frequently sought-after speaker on leadership and business transformation, culture change, and building high-performing teams. Rebecca has received numerous awards, including being named by the San Francisco Business Times as one of the Bay Area's 100 Most Influential Women in Business for twelve years. In 2018, she was honored with the Fulbright Lifetime Achievement Award, having studied at the University of Helsinki, Finland, as a postgraduate Fulbright scholar. She has a BA in semiotics from Brown University and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.In 2020, Rebecca started RMK Group, LLC (rmkgroupllc.com) to advise CEOs of start-ups in all phases of growth. Lillian So is an integrator and facilitator of transformation. She has more than twenty years of industry experience in creating psychological safety, group facilitation, and compassionate communication. The founder of SOfit SF Inc. and the SO method, she is also a passionate community builder and entrepreneur. Lillian has a BSc in kinesiology from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign and is a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, yoga educator and therapist, non-violent communication facilitator, life coach, integrative healer, and mystic. She has received over a dozen certifications in fitness and various mind-body modalities, and she has studied Jungian psychology at the International School of Analytical Psychology Zurich. She has been featured in various publications and other media for her unique methods and transformation programs. In 2018, she received an award from the Korean American Community Foundation of San Francisco for creating a holistic program aimed at alleviating the mental health problems affecting Korean Americans in the Bay Area. Lillian's signature fitness and yoga programs have helped people all over the world transform their relationship with their bodies through intentional movement, music, and community. Her coaching programs, which attract an international audience, have helped people transform every aspect of their lives through the five pillars of the SO method: biology, programming, inner compass, communication, and manifesting.
