"I'm at that awkward stage of parenthood, with my children old enough to make and act on their own plans but with no grandkids just yet. Exploring Austin reminded me of places and activities

I loved sharing with my kids when they were younger. Usefully organized from several perspectives, this is the guide I so often wished my family had, will happily recommend to ATX parents and out-of-towners alike, and expect to get plenty of use of myself." --Chris Barton, author of New York Times bestselling Shark vs. Train, Whoosh!, The Amazing Age of John Roy Lynch and other children's books
