About the Author
Sur La Table is the trusted authority when it comes to all things cooking related. Janet Fletcher is the author of several cookbooks, including Fresh from the Farmers' Market, and the winner of three James Beard Awards. She lives in Napa, California, where she maintains a large perennial and edible garden.
