After baking for over a decade and closing in on a decade of bakery ownership, I set out to write a personal baking book for those my community who have helped my wife and I grow our small business into such a success. Taking the time to share how I began baking, how our business started, share favorite recipes and stories, and to enable those around us an insight into the bakery. This book is truly written for those who come in to our doors everyday and support our love and passion for the craft of baking.
