About the Author
Heather Chauvin is a leadership coach who helps ambitious, overwhelmed women conquer their fears and become leaders at work and home. Drawing from her professional experience as a social worker and her life experience raising three boys, Heather created a signature approach to help her clients create and enjoy sustainability, profitability and ease in business and life. She is the host of the Mom Is In Control Podcast where she reveals her most vulnerable truths about womanhood, marriage, parenting, living through stage 4 cancer and running a successful business without burning out. She is releasing her first book in 2021. When Heather isn't busy driving her boys to hockey practice, you can find her curled up on the couch next to her husband, planning their next family adventure.
Reviews

"I very seldom meet such a wonderful survivor who says what she lived. Heather Chauvin's compelling story of loss and ultimate triumph is a testament to the power of the human spirit, and of celebrating both what remains, and what is found, after hitting rock bottom. Her warmth, wit, and shining example will help propel you forward to climb your way to your true self and decide to be the real you." -Dr. Edith Eger, Holocaust survivor, bestselling author, and esteemed lecturer

"Heather Chauvin is a truth-teller, and this book is a must-read for everyone. Heather's story will inspire you to release all unnecessary suffering and claim your magical life." -Cathy Heller, author of Don't Keep Your Day Job

"Heather Chauvin's wisdom seeps through each story and lesson. The permission she offers mothers to let go and embrace their current selves as enough is a gift every mother needs upon rising each day. This book is for any mother who needs a gentle yet powerful reminder that your first priority is you-not motherhood, not marriage, just you." -Sara Dean, host of The Shameless Mom Academy podcast

"Heather Chauvin writes with such refreshing honesty, painting a beautiful picture with her words in a way that makes you feel seen and understood. This book is a must-read for moms. I don't say that lightly. . . every mom should have access to these words." -Allie Casazza, host of The Purpose Show podcast and author of Declutter Like a Mother
