About the Author

Amanda Kate is a Kinesiologist, Mentor, Mother and more. A recovering people-pleaser and self-flagellator, she walks the path straddling the Divine and Messy daily. Always growing, developing and learning new ways of being to, hopefully, one day leave the Earth better than she found it. She lives in Melbourne, Australia with her twin flame, her children, his children and a dog named Zeus.
This book's cover was designed by Clare Blackstock, the owner and founder of graphic design company Blade Creative. Originally from the UK, Clare has brought her keen eye for design to big corporations across the globe. Now in beautiful Melbourne, Australia, she works with small to medium businesses on every aspect of their design portfolios. Clare particularly loves working with food brands and you can find her work on many products in the supermarket. When not flexing her creative muscle, Clare enjoys running, cooking vegetarian meals, travelling around Victoria, and spending time with her kids and her feisty cat.
Ruth Fae is a wordsmith - a writer, reader and editor who is fascinated by human nature. She believes in the magic of storytelling to heal and nurture, create connection, and share the wisdom of our individual and collective experiences. As an Editor and Copywriting Coach, she helps people tell their stories and speak their authentic truth. Ruth's home, affectionately known as 'The House of Love and Mayhem', is shared with her four amazing children and Merlin, their adorably naughty wizard puppy.
