Description

A collection of meditations, somatic therapy exercises, and more to help you customize your own practice and reduce anxiety

When you’re in the midst of an overwhelming feeling, it can be hard to find a way out of it. Even if the feeling isn’t particularly overwhelming—such as minor anxiety, unwelcome rumination, or an inability to slow your thoughts or get to sleep—sometimes you need a tool kit to help you get out of your head and back into your body.

Breathe Through It is a collection of meditation and somatic therapy exercises with room to make notes on how each exercise worked (or didn’t work) for you. Organized in sections based on the amount of time each exercise will take, from one minute to one hour, this book is the calm-down hack everyone needs to sort out their own customized meditation practice. No matter how big your feelings are in the moment, this clever little book will help you Breathe Through It.
