About the Author
Rajni Shankar-Brown, PhD, is an Indian American scholar, educator, artist, and activist. She is the author of the poetry collection TULUMINOUS: POEMS (Nirala Publications, 2020). As a fierce justice warrior, she is committed to transformative education, nurturing radical love and healing, promoting human rights, and advancing equity. She is the Jessie Ball duPont Chair of Social Justice Education at Stetson University and an Executive Board Member of the National Coalition for the Homeless.
