About the Author
Heidi holds degrees in Early Childhood Development, Education, and Human Services. She was born and raised in Irvington, New York. She has since lived in Delaware, Costa Rica and now has her home on St Kitts, a small island in the Caribbean. Throughout her life Heidi has been dedicated to caring for and educating the young and old alike. Her experiences have given her many story ideas and her education background helps her create books that are fun for children and parents to read at home, but can also serve educators across the curriculum. Inspired by the beautiful Island she lives on, the animals she loves and the children she writes for Heidi continues to pen new stories and create activities for her books.
Ann-Cathrine Loo lives in Cambridge, England. She grew up in Sweden where she studied art for six years. In 1998, she earned a BA in Ethnology and Art History from Mid Sweden University. In Cambridge, she takes care of her family, paints, illustrates picture books, takes part in history re-enactments, and visits castles.
