Eugenia Cheng is a Scientist in Residence at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and honorary visiting fellow at City, University of London. She is the author of How to Bake Pi, Beyond Infinity, The Art of Logic in an Illogical World, x + y: A Mathematician's Manifesto for Rethinking Gender, and Is Math Real? How Simple Questions Lead Us to Mathematics' Deepest Truths (winner of the 2023 Los Angeles Times Book Prize in Science and Technology). Cheng lives in Chicago.
