About the Author

Jodie Eckleberry-Hunt, Ph.D., A.B.P.P., is a board-certified health psychologist who has been in private practice for over 20 years. She is the author of multiple saucy self-help books, including Getting to Good Riddance: A No-Bullsh*t Breakup Guide and Move on Motherf*cker: Live, Laugh & Let Sh*t Go. She regularly facilitates self-care workshops for health care professionals. Jodie is a recovering people pleaser and master of spicy self-talk methods.
