Ayelet Waldman is the author of Love and Treasure; Red Hook Road; Bad Mother: A Chronicle of Maternal Crimes, Minor Calamities and Occasional Moments of Grace; Love and Other Impossible Pursuits (adapted into The Other Woman, a major motion picture starring Natalie Portman); and Daughter’s Keeper. She’s also the author of the Mommy-Track mysteries, including Bye-Bye Black Sheep, The Cradle Robbers, and Murder Plays House. Her essays have been published in The New York Times, The Guardian (UK), San Francisco Chronicle, Elle magazine, Salon.com, and elsewhere.
