About the Author
Erich Przywara (1889-1972) was an influential German Jesuit theologian who himself was strongly influenced by Augustine, Aquinas, Newman, and the phenomenological philosophy of Edmund Husserl and Max Scheler.
DAVID BENTLEY HART writes upon too many topics (religion, philosophy, the arts, culture...) and in too many genres (essays, fiction, monographs, satires, screeds...) and lives in hiding, beside a garden. ROLAND W. HART is a dog and an altogether mysterious and magical presence in this fallen world. He lives beside the same garden.
