This is the story as it was told to me by Leandro the Mighty. For 400 years, Earth has been a barren wasteland. Donna Barba Higuera creció en el centro de California y actualmente vive en el noroeste del Pacífico. Ha pasado toda su vida mezclando el folclore con sus propias experiencias para crear las historias que llenan su imaginación. Donna es la autora de El Cucuy Is Scared, Too! (¡El Cucuy también tiene miedo!), The Yellow Handkerchief (El pañuelo amarillo), Lupe Wong Won't Dance (Lupe Wong no baila) y The Last Cuentista (La última cuentista).
