Shawn Wright is a graphic designer and creator of the Shades Cahaba Oral History Project, which was created to celebrate the history of Shades Cahaba School in Homewood, Alabama. His first book, "Shades Cahaba: The First 100 Years," was created based on the podcast.
Looking to tell more stories, Shawn created the Alabama Short History podcast. After three seasons, those thirty stories were combined into his second book called "Alabama Short Stories, Volume 1." All the stories but with pictures.
