About the Author

Cornelis Bennema is senior lecturer in New Testament at the Wales Evangelical School of Theology, UK, and Extraordinary Associate Professor, Unit for Reformed Theology and the Development of the South African Society, Faculty of Theology, North-West University, South Africa.
