Set in a near-future where President Zuckerberg is pushing chemical warfare in the Middle East, The Hard Tomorrow follows a young activist as she protests against war abroad, all the while trying to conceive a child. Though the ending is a little of a letdown, this comic captures the feeling of current left-wing organizing more realistically than any other work of fiction I've read. I hope that it becomes incredibly influential in its expert marriage of the personal and modern political. --Moli
