Diversity, equity, and inclusion are values  America is building. Throughout our country's history, we have had those people who were first to take on a role. Because of them, doors have opened for others. This list celebrates some of them and begins with a new president who is making inclusion a focus of his administration. Joe Biden states that he believes his cabinet should look like America.
