Best Decks for Learning Tarot

When learning to read Tarot, the learning curve can be shortened by using an RWS (Rider-Waite-Smith) deck, an RWS clone deck, or at least a deck that closely follows RWS and is richly illustrated.  

 

Here are the decks I think are best for learning Tarot.
