Reed has been a practicing psychotherapist for over 10 years. Liz also has her own podcast called Liz Life Guru. This is her second career; she was a teacher and gourmet chef for 30 years. She has embraced sobriety for 20 years and has a strong focus on addiction and reinventing your life as she has. She likes to say," I've been there and done that", Reed's openness to her own life gives her patients a relatability that most therapists don't have.
